## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own course production end to end, transforming product documentation and subject-matter-expert input into polished, interactive, pedagogically sound courses.
- Write learner-facing scripts, define measurable learning objectives, storyboard screens, design visuals, build interactions, and publish courses in WorkRamp.
- Create knowledge checks, scenario-based activities, exercises, assessments, scoring, and certification logic aligned with learning objectives.
- Establish a reusable visual design language for Fieldguide University.
- Build and QA courses in the LMS, including course hierarchy, settings, landing pages, banners, formatting, links, and presentation.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts, synthesize documentation, and improve content structure and clarity.

## Requirements
- 3+ years designing and developing eLearning courses.
- Portfolio demonstrating production quality and visual design capability.
- Proficiency with a major authoring tool such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong visual design skills applied to learning and on-screen interaction.
- Ability to write learning objectives, create storyboards, and identify content-architecture issues.
- Ability to conduct SME interviews and synthesize technical documentation.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in audit, advisory, accounting, public accounting, audit technology, or continuing professional education.
- Familiarity with CPE requirements.
- B2B SaaS or technical-product experience.
- Experience creating learning content for an AI-native product.
- Experience producing screen recordings and product screenshots from live applications.
- WorkRamp familiarity or general LMS experience.
