## Job Description

## Role Scope
- Own the launch: take the factory from installation through first units to rate production against a dated ramp.
- Run the launch war room: readiness across equipment, people, parts, and quality tracked daily to green.
- Force the cross-functional calls: what ships, what slips, and what gets fixed this week.
- Build the launch playbook so the second factory launches faster than the first.

## Requirements
- Launched manufacturing lines or plants to rate, and hit the curve.
- Run launch readiness across every function without owning any of them.
- Make the call in the gray zone and stand behind it.
- Recovered a launch that was going sideways.
- Document the playbook while running the play.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Greenfield launches.
