## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Designing, writing, testing, reviewing, maintaining, deploying and supporting well-engineered VueJS frontend and Django-Python backend software.
- Integrating with, and maintaining existing applications in VueJS and Django-Python.
- Improving test coverage and maintaining high test-coverage across apps.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts (in Figma) into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Collaborate with application developers, devops engineers, QA, and data scientists to enhance the internal web and data platform.
- Work with devops and data science teams to integrate data pipelines and models into products and services.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2-3 years experience in application development and deployment.
- Proven expertise with VueJS and Django-Python.
- Proven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL is a plus).
- Experience with caching frameworks (like Redis) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps and agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of AWS and REST APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, openness to feedback and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and team player mindset.
- Professional experience working in the finance industry is a plus.
- Background in handling information extraction and retrieval tasks from financial industry-related documents is a plus.

## Compensation
- Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000 plus an annual bonus.
