## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Own end-to-end hiring
- Headhunt top talent for Engineering, Product, IT, and Security teams by understanding needs, sourcing proactively, and engaging high-quality candidates.
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from screening through closing and onboarding.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience aligned with company values.
- Drive closing strategies and support offer negotiations.
- Monitor talent acquisition metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.

### Coordinate Tech hiring
- Serve as a key point of contact between Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and leadership.
- Align hiring needs, priorities, and expectations across teams.
- Provide visibility into pipelines, risks, and progress, and help unblock issues.
- Coordinate complex or high-priority roles.

### Partner with stakeholders
- Coach hiring managers and interviewers on best practices, interview quality, and decision-making.
- Challenge and support stakeholders to maintain a high hiring bar and consistency across teams.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication throughout the hiring process.

### Drive operational excellence and improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring processes, workflows, and tools.
- Lead or contribute to candidate experience improvements, interview calibration and training, and employer branding initiatives in the tech ecosystem.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of hiring practices.

## Requirements
- Solid experience in Tech Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong experience hiring for Engineering roles from Junior through Staff level.
- Hands-on, execution-driven approach with experience owning roles end-to-end.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing alignment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence.
- Data-driven and problem-solving oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
