## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own configuration, deployment, tracking, lifecycle management, and asset records for a large fleet of consumer devices and test equipment.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, checkout, shipping, transfers, spares, and secure disposal.
- Operate and maintain racks, benches, test rigs, cabling, power, networking, peripherals, and shared lab equipment.
- Diagnose issues and coordinate repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
- Flash, provision, reset, configure, label, and assign devices to test environments.
- Support large-scale test automation setups, failure reproduction, diagnostics collection, log capture, and environment resets.
- Track fleet health, rig availability, utilization, and upcoming testing needs; identify capacity constraints.
- Partner with hardware, systems, QA, reliability, IT, and infrastructure teams.

## Requirements
- Proven experience operating or supporting a hardware, electronics, reliability, manufacturing, or QA test lab.
- Hands-on experience managing fleets of consumer electronics, embedded devices, prototypes, or connected hardware.
- Ability to set up, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain devices, test rigs, networking, power systems, and peripherals.
- Familiarity with USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, power, and device connectivity.
- Strong organizational skills for inventory, asset tracking, maintenance records, lab logistics, and shared spaces.
- Ability to follow procedures for provisioning, firmware installation, resets, diagnostics collection, and test setup.
- Clear communication with engineers, QA teams, vendors, and technicians.
- Ability to improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of physical lab operations.

## Nice-to-haves
- Basic CAD familiarity.
