> The Account Executive will launch Rippling’s Central and Eastern Europe sales territory, prospecting and closing B2B SaaS opportunities while managing the full sales cycle and customer handoff. The role requires four years of sales experience and familiarity with emerging CEE markets.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by prospecting untapped market segments, using cold-calling tactics and networking to penetrate key accounts and build a high-velocity pipeline.
- Maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects in Salesforce and forecast revenue accurately.
- Own the sales cycle from initial discovery and product demonstration through contract signature.
- Consistently attain and exceed monthly quota.
- Become a product expert across the platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

## Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in a Central and Eastern European language, such as Polish, Czech, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovak, or Ukrainian, is a strong plus.
- Experience selling into emerging Central and Eastern European markets.
- 4 years of sales experience, particularly in B2B SaaS markets.
- Demonstrated success, such as ranking in the top 10% of a sales organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling HRIS or HCM software.
- Experience selling security-related products.
