## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Hire, build, and manage a pre-sales team of Solutions Architects focused on the Korean market.
- Scale the Field Engineering organization while maintaining quality.
- Build a collaborative culture across a rapidly growing team.
- Coach sales and pre-sales team members to work effectively together.
- Support complex sales cycles and communicate complex, business-value-focused solutions.
- Improve the return on investment of Solutions Architect involvement in sales cycles.
- Promote solution- and value-based selling practices.
- Assess business needs and revenue potential for assigned accounts.
- Build the company brand in partnership with Marketing and Sales.

## Requirements
- Experience managing, developing, and building successful pre-sales teams of Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS professionals.
- Experience scaling and mentoring field and technical teams, including onshore and offshore teams.
- Knowledge of data-driven decision-making, AI, and cloud software models.
- Experience establishing processes that improve technical field-team efficiency.
- Background in data architecture, including data lakes, data engineering, data warehouses, or data science.
- Native-level Korean proficiency.
- Business-level English strongly preferred.
