## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Create, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, templates, design tokens, and modular frameworks across web, email, brand, and marketing experiences.
- Translate creative direction, brand principles, and design strategy into flexible, reusable systems.
- Collaborate with web, brand, marketing, art direction, and creative leadership to align systems with brand standards and campaign needs.
- Identify recurring design challenges and develop scalable solutions that simplify and standardize workflows.
- Build self-service tools and templates that enable non-designers and cross-functional partners to create high-quality, on-brand work.
- Create documentation, usage guidelines, educational resources, governance models, contribution processes, and quality standards.
- Ensure systems support diverse audiences, channels, formats, and business needs while remaining consistent, accessible, and visually compelling.
- Explore AI, creative automation, and emerging technologies to improve scalability, content production, and self-service workflows.
- Present design systems and solutions to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and contribute to bespoke campaign creative when needed.

## Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in design systems, digital design, visual design, brand design, or marketing design.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design craft and experience building and applying scalable design systems or creative solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, color, layout, accessibility, and visual storytelling.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, Auto Layout, styles, design tokens, libraries, and advanced prototyping.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, templates, or modular frameworks across web, brand, email, or marketing.
- Experience developing design-system governance, documentation, contribution processes, or long-term maintenance structures.
- Experience designing templates and self-service experiences for non-designers.
- Strong understanding of brand systems and translating creative direction into repeatable design solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with creative leaders, art directors, designers, copywriters, marketers, developers, and other cross-functional partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted design and creative workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $100,000–$125,000.
