The role requires 5–10 years of technical program management experience, an engineering degree, and strong judgment across schedule, risk, and design-change decisions.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own program schedules, stage gates, and cross-functional execution for a rack, gear, or power-conversion product family from kickoff through rate production.
- Manage risks and dependencies across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
- Facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring, enforcing criteria for production readiness.
- Broker escalations and decisions between engineering and data-center delivery teams, particularly for long-lead components.
- Build credible schedules with explicit assumptions and decision dates despite design uncertainty.

## Requirements
- 5–10 years of technical program management experience for hardware new product introduction (NPI) at an OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler.
- Engineering degree and sufficient technical depth to participate in design reviews.
- Experience making recovery decisions for slipping programs, including scope, schedule, and spending tradeoffs.
- Experience managing DVT-stage component changes against 20-week-plus lead times.
- Ability to manage risks across five or more workstreams using appropriate tooling and judgment.

## Nice-to-haves
- GPU or dense-compute hardware program experience.
- Switchgear or power-conversion NPI experience.
- Contract manufacturer management.
- Engineering change order (ECO) and change-discipline systems experience.

## Compensation
- $208,000–$263,000 annual salary.
