## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead sales compensation end-to-end, including plan design, logic, payouts, and analytics.
- Advise Sales and Finance leadership on forecasting and sales policy design, including accelerators, SPIFFs, rules of engagement, and exceptions.
- Build AI agents to automate contract review, compensation inquiries, invoice reconciliation, and anomaly detection throughout the opportunity-to-order process.
- Partner with Finance on accruals, close, and revenue recognition for a consumption-based model.
- Own the processes between deal close and representative payment.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in quote-to-cash, ideally at a SaaS or technology consulting company.
- AI-native approach to revenue operations and automation.
- Deep Salesforce experience.
- Low ego and high ownership.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Salesforce CPQ certification or equivalent.
- Experience shipping LLM-powered workflows in a revenue stack.
- Series B–E scaling experience.
- Incentive compensation management implementation experience with CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or Everstage.
