## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Ship growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention, from A/B tests to larger feature bets.
- Partner with growth product and engineering leads to design and deliver experiments with measurable impact.
- Synthesize quantitative signals, including analytics, funnel data, and experiment results, with qualitative insights from research, interviews, and usability studies.
- Prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities and influence roadmap direction across product, engineering, and leadership.
- Build flexible, reusable patterns for onboarding carousels, contextual tooltips, empty states, upgrade prompts, and other growth surfaces.
- Advise other teams on high-leverage growth moments, frameworks, patterns, and design guidance.
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly and build alignment across stakeholders.
- Mentor others and define strategic scope while operating at staff level or above.

## Requirements
- Experience shipping experiments in a growth or product-led growth context.
- Understanding of funnels, activation loops, and the impact of UX changes.
- Evidence-informed approach using analytics, A/B tests, funnels, research, interviews, and usability studies.
- Strong consulting, influence, alignment-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to create scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and experimentation frameworks.
- Clear design process with sound problem definition, solution exploration, and tradeoff evaluation.
- Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration across synchronous and asynchronous work.
- Pixel-perfect design craft and close engineering collaboration.
- 8–12+ years of experience, with a track record operating at staff level or above; some experience in growth, PLG, or experimentation-focused roles.
