## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand business goals, team structures, role requirements, and success capabilities.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for technical searches across engineering, product, machine learning, infrastructure, security, data, technical program management, and related functions.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and market mapping through sourcing, assessment, closing, and onboarding handoff.
- Build pipelines of active and passive candidates through research, outreach, referrals, communities, events, and creative sourcing channels.
- Advise on talent markets, compensation expectations, competitive dynamics, candidate motivations, and search tradeoffs.
- Define candidate profiles, calibrate interview processes, improve signal quality, and maintain a consistent hiring bar.
- Create a timely, transparent, inclusive, and compelling candidate experience.
- Use recruiting data and market intelligence to identify risks, improve funnel health, prioritize work, and communicate recommendations.
- Maintain accurate recruiting systems and documentation.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve research, sourcing, communication, workflow efficiency, and decision quality while preserving human judgment.
- Contribute to recruiting programs, employer brand initiatives, talent communities, and operating mechanisms.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and turn effective practices into scalable team standards.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company or similarly complex environment.
- Track record of recruiting and closing technical talent across areas such as software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, security, data, product, or technical leadership.
- Ability to build trust with experienced hiring managers, challenge assumptions respectfully, and clarify ambiguous searches.
- Strong sourcing and research skills, including targeted talent mapping and passive-candidate engagement.
- Strong candidate judgment, critical thinking, analytical ability, and decision-making.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to use data to understand recruiting performance and identify patterns.
- Ownership, adaptability, curiosity, and follow-through in changing and ambiguous environments.
- Commitment to thoughtful and inclusive candidate experiences.
- Interest in using AI to improve recruiting.
- Collaborative approach to improving recruiting systems, practices, and team experience.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: **$135,000–$175,000 annually**.
- Compensation may vary based on location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
