## Job Description

## Role Scope
Own the hardware fleet lifecycle: receipt, deployment, spares, RMA, and decommission across every site.
Set spares strategy per site, levels, locations, and replenishment triggers, balancing availability against capital.
Track fleet health and utilization so aging, failure rates, and warranty positions drive decisions instead of surprises.
Coordinate fleet moves between sites, from packaging standards to chain of custody.

## What We're Looking For
You've managed a hardware fleet or asset base of tens of thousands of units.
You've set spares levels from failure data and defended the working capital they consume.
You keep asset records accurate enough to survive an audit without a scramble.
You've run RMA and warranty recovery programs that returned real money.

**Bonus:** GPU or server fleets. DCIM and asset systems. Reverse logistics. Depreciation and capital planning.
