## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to understand analytics needs and define data engineering requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain resilient data infrastructure integrating enterprise systems, communication tools, product telemetry, and observability systems.
- Ensure continuous, reliable data flows supporting product analytics.
- Build a scalable platform supporting Celonis as a Digital Twin and enabling internal use of Celonis solutions.
- Refine data engineering processes to improve data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through ongoing audits and reviews.
- Conduct analytic investigations to answer business questions and inform product and engineering initiatives.
- Facilitate data-driven discussions through effective storytelling and actionable insights.
- Provide technical leadership across the data ecosystem and analytic infrastructure.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, or growth teams at a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Experience building analytic data repositories using cloud billing, product telemetry, and observability data.
- Extensive experience building scalable data stacks with Databricks in an enterprise environment.
- Strong decision-making, prioritization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience working in agile teams and using collaboration tools such as Jira.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams.

## Nice to Have
- Master's degree or PhD.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments across Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
