## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Identify high-potential suburban pockets within major metros and categories, and deploy strategies to increase revenue.
- Build suburb-specific go-to-market strategies reflecting local behaviors and needs.
- Conduct user and market research to understand suburban barriers and inform targeted messaging, category focus, and engagement tactics.
- Pilot grassroots awareness channels, including Facebook groups, local public relations, and neighborhood communities, to build supply and drive demand.
- Collaborate with Marketing to merchandise suburb-appropriate categories and adapt SEM strategies to improve spend efficiency.
- Partner with analytical and operational teams to close the fulfillment gap between suburban and core urban areas.
- Develop and scale localized growth strategies through research, channel testing, and go-to-market experimentation.

## Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in growth, strategy, or operations roles at a consumer platform or marketplace business.
- Strong cross-functional partnership and relationship-building skills.
- Curiosity about business drivers and willingness to challenge existing assumptions.
- Experience diagnosing and solving underperformance in existing markets, particularly supply-and-demand imbalances.
- Strong understanding of local market nuance and the differences between suburbs and city cores.
- Ability to build cross-functional strategies combining data, research, experimentation, and scaling.
- Analytical rigor combined with a scrappy execution mindset across new and traditional channels.
- Bias toward action and a drive to improve underperforming suburban markets.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
- Experience with Sigma, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.

- Experience using SQL to uncover data insights.
- Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.

## Compensation & Benefits

- Base pay range: **$89,000–$118,000**.
- Total compensation consists of base pay, bonus, benefits, and perks.
