## Job Description

## Areas you’ll typically support
- Org design — scaling teams and organizational structures
- Leadership coaching — supporting senior technical leaders
- Talent strategy — performance, retention, and succession planning
- Team effectiveness — organizational health and leadership capability
- Employee experience — onboarding, retention, and engagement
- People team scale — helping evolve the broader People function

## We’re likely to be a strong fit if you
- Operate at senior scope — Director-equivalent BP experience, Head of People experience at a smaller company, or similar IC7+ scope
- Know technical environments — experience partnering with Sales, Marketing or similar organizations
- Understand hypergrowth — experience operating in startup, scale-up, or rapidly scaling environments
- Have global exposure — supported distributed organizations across multiple countries or regions
- Communicate exceptionally well — especially in written, asynchronous environments
- Build trust effectively — influence through credibility, judgment, and strong relationships over time
