## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own major go-to-market systems projects end to end, including business discovery, architecture, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
- Lead the evolution of quote-to-cash infrastructure across CPQ, pricing and packaging, approvals, contracting, and billing handoffs.
- Build systems supporting complex enterprise deals, including usage-based pricing, multi-product deals, ramp structures, amendments, and custom terms.
- Build internal tooling and automation for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
- Use AI to write and test automation, build internal applications, analyze systems, migrate data, document architecture, and automate workflows.
- Apply engineering practices including testing, version control, sandbox discipline, monitoring, and maintainable system design.
- Partner with go-to-market and Finance leaders to understand problems, make tradeoffs, and prioritize systems work.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building and owning systems for a modern go-to-market organization.
- Deep Salesforce expertise, including data models, automation, permissions, integrations, and scaling considerations.
- Meaningful quote-to-cash experience and experience working with CPQ.
- Experience using AI in systems work and operational workflows.
- Strong hands-on building and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work across technical implementation and business conversations with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Commitment to durable, understandable, and maintainable systems.

## Compensation
- On-target earnings: $190,000–$240,000 USD per year.
- Meaningful equity compensation through ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
