## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with software engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and business leadership to drive key product deliverables through the full software development cycle.
- Translate product vision and global strategy into concrete technical goals, team tasks, and issues.
- Triage field requests to maximize team focus and address items requiring immediate attention.
- Maintain comprehensive project awareness and proactively resolve risks that could derail delivery.
- Improve cross-team collaboration, alignment, communication, and coordination.
- Work with customer-facing engineering teams on product implementation, rollout, and support.

## Requirements
- Demonstrated success managing complex software development projects for an enterprise software company or startup.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions and learn technical concepts.
- Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.
- Creative, lightweight project-management approach that supports rapid iteration within a larger development organization.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customer-facing teams and empathy for end users.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to a high product-quality bar.
- Ability and willingness to obtain a US security clearance at the Secret designation or above.
- Relevant technical degree or experience in a software-related field, such as Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- 2+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
