## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across Rippling’s entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
- Use strategic, thoughtful outbound messaging to reach upmarket prospects.
- Qualify potential clients and sell Rippling’s major products into the Israel B2B market.
- Partner with Marketing to manage outbound campaigns and increase lead volume.
- Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM.

## Requirements
- Fluent Hebrew speaker.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally across Rippling teams.
- Desire to join a competitive, team-based environment.
- Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience.

## Work Arrangement
- Based in the Dublin office and required to work onsite three days per week.
