## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Understand user needs and develop long-term product plans for Stripe Billing.
- Shape product features that address user needs and drive product growth and usage.
- Meet with customers and collaborate with engineering, design, product marketing, analytics, and sales teams.
- Identify important problems, develop product solutions, and work with engineering and design to scope delivery.
- Articulate product vision and develop annual and quarterly plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions and help users succeed.

## Requirements
- **10+ years of relevant product management experience**.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to understand software systems, build integrations with the Stripe API, and contribute to discussions about API design, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Customer empathy across startups, enterprises, engineering teams, and finance functions.
- Strong product sense and ability to build effective product experiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing technical software products from infancy through scale.
- Ability to internalize a cross-functional business and lead a comprehensive product vision.
- Experience designing and building a multi-product platform.
- Creative product thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience starting or running a business.
