## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Own product outcomes for highest impact enterprise accounts
- Build trusted relationships with VP/C-level buyers and technical leads
- Drive deployments from contract to production
- Translate customer workflows into high-signal product input
- Distinguish product vs execution blockers and resolve
- Partner with FDEs for coordinated account teams
- Identify expansion opportunities based on value
- Represent customer reality to platform and leadership

## Must-Have Qualifications
- 6+ years in product management, technical program management, or customer-facing product role
- Record of shipping products into large organizations
- Extreme ownership and follow-through
- Comfort with senior stakeholders and engineers
- Strong judgment under pressure
- Technical fluency for architectural discussions

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML platforms (data labeling, RLHF, fine-tuning)
- Startup/early-stage experience
- Prior forward-deployed or embedded role
