## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Design and build agentic workflows using Claude, MCP connectors, and API integrations to automate partner experience operations, including application triage, onboarding, deal registration, certification tracking, partner communications, and reporting.
- Integrate workflows with partner portals, CRM, enablement, finance, and database systems, consuming and writing back to systems of record.
- Turn recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations by defining workflows, testing against real cases, adding guardrails and human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and documenting operation.
- Own production health, including error handling, edge cases, escalation paths, and iteration as partner processes change.
- Prototype workflows with partner managers and deliver working versions quickly.
- Establish reusable skills, prompts, connectors, and playbooks, and teach the broader team to self-serve on simple workflows.

## Requirements

- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling, including prompt and workflow design, tool or function calling, MCP or comparable integration frameworks, and agent-output evaluation.
- Experience working across APIs and business systems such as Salesforce, PRM or partner portals, LMS and certification platforms, spreadsheet-based tools, Slack, and email.
- Scripting experience in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong judgment regarding automation risk, human checkpoints, and graceful failure.
- Ability to redesign messy manual workflows around their actual bottlenecks.
- Clear written communication and documentation skills.
- 5+ years in operations engineering, solutions engineering, business systems, RevOps, or a similar build-heavy role.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

## Nice-to-haves

- Partner or channel operations experience, including deal registration, MDF or co-sell programs, partner tiering, and certification pipelines.
- Experience shipping internal AI tools or automations that remain in production.
- Familiarity with the Claude API, Claude Code, or agent frameworks.
- Experience building custom MCP servers.

## Compensation and benefits

- Annual salary: **$215,000–$300,000 USD**.
- Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more.
