## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Client Relations and Account Management
- Manage day-to-day tactical execution of product and campaign delivery across 5–8 client accounts.
- Ensure products and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Draft client communications, schedule meetings, set delivery timelines, and prepare agendas.
- Participate in client and partner calls, document discussion topics, and communicate follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with account teams, cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, and leadership.
- Research clients, news, market trends, and digital marketing developments.

### Audience Activation and Delivery
- Process audience creation requests and identify decision makers for targeting.
- Quality-check decision-maker lists and flag inaccuracies.
- Upload audience lists, create approval forms, and build audiences in the proprietary platform.
- Ensure client audience updates and customizations are accurately reflected in the platform.
- Confirm audience sizes and flag unusual requests to internal teams.
- Push audiences through onboarding partners, monitor distribution, and escalate issues.

### Reporting and Campaign Execution
- Draft standard client reports and review feedback from the reporting team.
- Verify reporting data for complete accuracy.
- Collaborate with Media, Platform, and Reporting and Insights teams.
- Identify or draft campaign content.
- Compile documentation and tickets, and QA assets for advertising campaign launches and management.

## Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a related role at a public affairs, strategic communications, public relations, lobbying, or marketing agency or firm; or in an in-house public affairs, legislative affairs, government affairs, communications, public relations, or marketing role.
- Ability to thrive in a client-facing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience producing intuitive, client-ready decks and memos.
- Self-starter mindset.
- Strong interest in working in or learning digital marketing.

## Nice to Have
- Basic graphic design experience for reporting.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $66,500–$80,000, based on experience and skills.
- Annual cash bonus and equity compensation are also provided.
- Salary range applies to candidates located in the New York City area.

## Work Arrangement
- Hybrid schedule: work from home Monday and Friday, and from the New York City office Tuesday through Thursday.
