## Job Description

## What you'll do

- Own the technical win. Lead the full technical side of the sales cycle — from discovery through demo to deployment design.
- Be the trusted advisor. Build credibility with both execs and engineers, quickly identifying what matters most to them and how Dynamo can help.
- Evangelize AI cybersecurity. Stay ahead of evolving AI risks and trends, and help customers operationalize safe and compliant AI adoption.
- Bridge sales and engineering. Bring customer insights back to our product teams and influence the roadmap.
- Lead with curiosity. Learn, iterate, and continuously improve how we tell Dynamo’s story — technically and strategically.
- Partner with sales. Provide technical leadership to our Federal and commercial customers and prospects in conjunction with helping our GTM team meet its quarterly revenue goals.
- Present to customers. This includes whiteboard sessions, product demonstrations, slides, proof of value outcomes, etc. and building the business case with prospects
- Test Planning. Prepare in-depth test and PoV plans for showing the value of the Dynamo platform to prospective customers and ensure we earn the technical win.
- Represent Dynamo in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events.

## Qualifications

- 5+ years experience across InfoSec, IT Ops, Networking, or Sales Engineering
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity or AI infrastructure
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills — you make complex tech make sense
- High EQ: you build trust fast and communicate across all levels
- A love for learning — new tools, new tech, new problems
- Comfort in ambiguity — you find structure where others find chaos
- Self motivated - you take initiative and find opportunity to go above and beyond
- Ability to travel up to ~30% (as needed)
- US citizenship + ability to pass a background check
