## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Scale the partner engineering function.
- Work alongside sales and customer success teams.
- Build and manage developer onboarding.
- Own customer-facing documentation.
- Build new features for customers.
- Shape team growth and establish standards for teammates.
- Lead projects and help teammates develop their skills.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner engineering or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
- Experience writing and maintaining API documentation for complex technical products.
- Experience with, and willingness to contribute to, full-stack product development for specific customer requests.
- Ability to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results.
- Experience leading teams or projects.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- Located in or willing to work from Seoul, South Korea.

## Interview Process
- **Hiring Manager Screen:** 30 minutes.
- **Project Take-home Review:** 1 hour.
- **Virtual Onsite Interview:** 4 hours, including technical coding or systems design sessions and a session with the head of customer success.
- **CEO Meet & Greet:** 30 minutes.
