## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Plan and execute global signature events, including company anniversaries, holiday parties, and other company-wide gatherings, across 13+ offices.
- Coordinate on-the-ground event execution in New York, including vendor management, audiovisual checks, and real-time problem solving.
- Manage employee recognition and milestone programs, including birthdays, work anniversaries, milestone gifting, and Harvey Honors nominations, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Help launch and operate a self-serve swag store, including new-hire kits and branded employee gear.
- Coordinate Harvey Hangouts, including facilitators, budgets, participation tracking, venue booking, and U.S. event execution.
- Maintain the company-wide events calendar and establish event themes, timing, and guidelines for offices.
- Manage RSVPs, dietary and accessibility requirements, contracts, invoices, shipping, budgets, and variance tracking.
- Gather feedback through surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups to improve employee experience programs.
- Develop new processes and programs, propose ideas, and test approaches to create high-touch, personalized experiences.

## Requirements

- **3+ years of hands-on event experience**, ideally as a meaningful part of the role.
- Experience running event logistics repeatedly, potentially in corporate events, workplace teams, event production, law firms, hospitality, hotels, venues, or weddings.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a strong bias toward action.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors, contracts, RSVP lists, and shipping logistics simultaneously.
- Willingness to personally manage operational and event logistics.
- Comfort communicating across time zones and cultures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Service-first mindset.

## Nice to Have

- Experience owning or directly managing a program budget.
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup or technology company.

## Compensation

- **$99,200–$148,800 USD**
