## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Revenue Systems & Data Infrastructure
- Own the commercial object model, including routing, territories, and approvals.
- Transform Salesforce into an agent-readable system of record with human inspection and approval workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce, Gong, Clay, product usage data, and the data warehouse through APIs and webhooks.
- Build reporting infrastructure for pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ramp velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Operate GTM systems with observability, error handling, and data-quality validation.

### Agentic Workflow Engineering
- Build and operate GTM agent workflows from prototype through production, instrumenting decisions, failures, human edits, and outcomes.
- Develop the product-led-growth-to-enterprise signal layer, including product-usage signals, intent scoring, and BDR/AE routing.
- Own Clay enrichment and outbound data infrastructure.

### Full-Funnel Automation
- Deliver account context to representatives before QBRs, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Build churn-risk and expansion detection with Deployment and Customer Experience teams.
- Automate quote workflows and discount approvals with in-system pricing guardrails.
- Partner with frontline sellers to identify process failures and ship fixes quickly.

### Measurement & Iteration
- Own builds end to end, from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration.
- Measure adoption and revenue impact; discontinue unused solutions.
- Provide build-versus-buy recommendations backed by working prototypes.
- Feed field evidence to Product for roadmap decisions.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, GTM engineering, sales operations, or a related applied technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM engineering.
- Demonstrable experience connecting Salesforce to adjacent GTM systems, building enrichment pipelines and routing logic, and deploying agent workflows in production.
- Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
- Strong proficiency with Clay, or the ability to become proficient during the interview process.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales motions involving $100K–$2M ACV.

## Nice to Have
- Background in analytics engineering, finance, or data science.
- Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, webhooks, and agentic workflows.
