## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and source a talent community strategy that proactively attracts high-caliber talent to hiring pipelines.
- Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications through screens and offers.
- Continuously improve recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics, interview plans, and communication systems.
- Increase talent brand awareness through social media, team engagement, and community events.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, or technical experience followed by a transition into recruiting.
- At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience within a scaling startup environment.
- Creative sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
- Engagement with engineering culture and developer communities.
- Strong commitment to candidate experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience at developer tooling or software infrastructure companies.
- Active membership in startup or engineering communities.
- Experience scaling an organization from 50 to 100+ employees while maintaining strong values and culture.

## Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000–$140,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
