## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### AI Discovery & Solutioning
- Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges.
- Identify the best problem-solution fit as a Celonis product and domain expert.
- Translate customer requirements into innovative solutions using Celonis Process Intelligence and AI technologies.

### Identify & Frame Value
- Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Lead value assessments and proof-of-value projects.
- Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.

### Realize Value
- Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process-improvement opportunities.
- Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

### Scale Value
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis Process Intelligence as a business-transformation platform.
- Drive platform adoption and account expansion.
- Provide feedback to product-development teams to improve the Celonis platform and applications based on new use cases.

## Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business-data analysis, business-process improvement, and software deployment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as solution consulting, sales engineering, IT or management consulting with a business software/SaaS provider, or consultancy; relevant enterprise in-house analytics or intelligence experience may also qualify.
- Good knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience implementing RPA or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, or action flows.
- Experience collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement and deploying improvement measures.
- Experience acting as a change agent and training users or process owners to realize value.
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders and management.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

## Nice-to-haves

- Hands-on experience with process-mining tools and technologies.
- Hands-on SQL experience.
- Python experience.
- Domain or industry knowledge in supply chain, finance, consumer packaged goods, banking, financial services, insurance, or manufacturing.
- Experience leveraging partners in a software ecosystem.
