## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
- Run sales calls with short deck presentations and detailed product demonstrations.
- Close business and consistently achieve quota attainment.
- Become a product expert across the platform and understand the competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B.
- Experience carrying a $500k+ or equivalent annual quota.
- Proven track record of success, including ranking in the top 10% of a sales organization.
- Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience selling to or through accountants and consulting firms.
- Strong focus on measurable KPIs and metrics.
- Proven track record of lead and demand generation.
- Strong relationship-building skills.

## Work Arrangement
- Hybrid office model, depending on postcode: 1 or 3 days per week in the Sydney office.
