## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own Retell AI’s visual identity across websites, launches, landing pages, conferences, customer stories, social media, and sales collateral.
- Create launch campaigns, landing pages, social assets, blog thumbnails, and marketing materials.
- Translate abstract voice AI concepts into clear diagrams, illustrations, icons, and product marketing graphics.
- Extend the brand system across typography, color, illustration, and templates so teams can create on-brand work independently.
- Design physical and experiential materials, including event booths, one-pagers, signage, and company merchandise.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of brand or marketing design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of brand work across web, social, print, and campaigns.
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition.
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to take a brief from concept to shipped asset within days.
- Comfort working from minimal direction and incorporating feedback.

## Nice to Have
- Illustration or 3D skills for custom graphics, icons, and product imagery.
- Motion and video experience with After Effects, Rive, or similar tools.
- Web design experience and front-end literacy with HTML, CSS, Webflow, or Framer.
- Experience at an AI or developer-tools company.
- Familiarity with AI image and video tools.
