## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Engage with the free user base to identify opportunities for paid accounts.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns, including cold calls, cold emails, and social outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads by introducing ClickUp and assessing them using BANT criteria.
- Represent the brand to customers at the beginning of their research journey.
- Schedule appointments and demos for new-logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
- Serve as a product specialist for ClickUp products and services.

## Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in outbound sales, or a strong passion for sales as a primary career focus.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting targets through previous employment or extracurricular activities.
- Persuasive, self-starting approach with strong listening skills and personal accountability.
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Customer empathy and genuine curiosity about prospects and their needs.
- Experience with SDR processes and SaaS sales, ideally productivity solutions.
- Experience engaging mid-size to large companies across a variety of industries.
