## Job Description

### Program Orchestration & Logistics
- Own logistics for high-touch events, executive roundtables, thought leadership roadshows, industry tradeshows, and account-based activations. This includes venue sourcing, contract routing, catering coordination, and AV management.
- Ensure operational excellence across event targeting, registration page setup, invitation creation and management, lead list management, and follow up process.
- Support budget management across PO creation, invoicing, and spend tracking.
- Own the onboarding and management of the global swag and event materials store including vendor relationship management, item selection, and procurement and inventory oversight.
- Serve as the on-site lead at regional field events supporting setup, experience flow, vendor troubleshooting, and real-time run-of-show adjustments.

- Constantly be researching creative ideas and experimenting with how to bring next-gen experiences to life in our marketing strategy.

## Your DNA
