## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ AI strategies and business-critical challenges, translating requirements into Celonis solutions.
- Identify strategic priorities and frame high-impact use cases.
- Build demonstrations, business cases, value assessments, and proof-of-value projects.
- Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
- Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Derive improvement measures, initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives, and present realized value to senior management.
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Build strategic expansion roadmaps and drive adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Collaborate with partners, Celonis Services, and IT teams across multiple projects.
- Provide product-development feedback based on new use cases.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
- Experience in customer-facing solution consulting, sales engineering, IT or management consulting, business software/SaaS, or an analytics center of excellence.
- Knowledge of business software and SaaS applications such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience implementing RPA or BI tools and building dashboards, apps, or action flows.
- Experience identifying process-improvement use cases and deploying improvement measures.
- Experience with change management and training users or process owners.
- Project management experience, including scope, expectations, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with process-mining tools and technologies.
- SQL and Python experience.
- Domain knowledge in supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, or manufacturing.
