## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Headhunt top profiles for Sales (pre- and post-sales), Marketing, and Support functions through sourcing and proactive outreach after identifying hiring needs with team leaders and hiring managers.
- Assess applications and candidate interest by managing screening and conducting pre-qualification interviews for assigned positions.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage and advise internal stakeholders by coaching them and sharing best practices with everyone involved in the hiring process.
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.

## Requirements
- Prior experience in a talent acquisition function in a fast-growing environment.
- Prior experience with go-to-market hiring in the technology sector.
- Strong headhunting skills, with the ability to shift from volume-based approaches to retained-search approaches as needed.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work hands-on in challenging environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and employees and act as a brand ambassador.
- Familiarity with productivity tools and structured task management and prioritization.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and a willingness to learn.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Analytical rigor and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to excel in challenging, fast-paced environments.
