## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead strategic customer engagements from discovery through production deployment and expansion.
- Partner with executives and senior operators to identify high-impact AI opportunities and define implementation plans.
- Lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and business processes.
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into requirements, strategies, and execution plans.
- Build business cases and ROI models to prioritize AI initiatives and measure impact.
- Design AI-powered workflows and operating models that fit existing processes.
- Partner with Sales on strategic accounts, including discovery, solution design, executive presentations, and deal strategy.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope solutions, resolve complex problems, and influence priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, technical leaders, and operators.
- Drive alignment across internal and external teams and identify opportunities to expand AI adoption.
- Turn successful engagements into repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and best practices.
- Bring customer insights back to shape product and deployment strategy.

## Requirements and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build credibility with executives and technical teams.
- Experience working directly with customers and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong business and product intuition, with the ability to understand complex workflows.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and connect technical possibilities to business outcomes.
- Strong project and execution skills.
- Experience working across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Experience in strategic consulting, product management, deployment, solutions consulting, forward-deployed engineering, implementation, or another customer-facing technology role.
- Experience leading complex projects or strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with business cases, ROI analysis, value creation, or strategic planning.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly without necessarily writing code.
- Interest in AI and its practical business applications.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Cash compensation: $170k–$260k.
