## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Ecosystem Partnerships
- Own and grow relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startup partners.
- Plan and execute partner activations, including Demo Days and portfolio programs.
- Maintain a prioritized view of partner relationships and priority markets.

### Founder Engagement & Program Delivery
- Drive Mixpanel adoption within each cohort, adapting outreach and follow-up based on performance.
- Design and deliver valuable founder-facing programming.
- Represent the program at demo days, founder events, and tech weeks.
- Synthesize founder feedback and share insights that shape program direction.

### Pipeline & Go-to-Market
- Build and run outbound acquisition campaigns through email, social, and partner channels.
- Enroll startups into the program and identify participants ready for commercial nurture.
- Coordinate handoffs with Sales.
- Maintain reporting that connects program activity to outcomes.
- Test new outreach formats and turn successful approaches into repeatable practices.

## Requirements
- Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the startup ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of accelerators, venture capital firms, and founder communities.
- Experience building and managing partner relationships from outreach through sustained follow-through.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication across audiences and time zones.
- Ability to collaborate independently across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
- Active use of AI tools beyond a chat interface to improve day-to-day work.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to form and defend points of view using dashboard data.
- Curiosity about the startup landscape and Mixpanel’s product.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar analytics tools.
- Former founder experience.
- Experience in early-stage venture, accelerator programs, or VC platform/ecosystem roles.
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Fluency in additional languages, particularly for high-priority markets.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Total target cash compensation: **$130,000–$176,000 USD**, including base and variable compensation.
