## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Convert the reconciled Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) plan into a time-phased Master Production Schedule (MPS) by SKU, site, and work center.
- Assess capacity feasibility across lines, shifts, and work centers during S&OP supply and capacity reviews.
- Establish and enforce Frozen, Firm, and Free planning time fences, including schedule-exception approvals.
- Track inter-site handoff timing for dependent manufacturing sites to ensure cross-site alignment.
- Translate network MPS plans into site-level targets and oversee Site Schedulers managing work-order release and floor sequencing.
- Track schedule adherence by comparing planned and actual work-order execution.
- Log deviations and feed root-cause analysis into the S&OP cycle.
- Present capacity assessments, inter-site constraints, and schedule-adherence metrics in monthly S&OP reconciliations.

## Requirements
- 3–5+ years of dedicated experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of MPS/MRP logic, finite-capacity planning, and ERP scheduling modules such as Acumatica or similar systems.
- Ability to communicate capacity constraints, trade-offs, and adherence metrics in cross-functional and leadership forums.

## Nice-to-Haves
- APICS / ASCM certification, such as CPIM.
- Experience in multi-site or network-level production planning across dependent manufacturing facilities.
- Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP.
- Background in high-tech manufacturing, modular data center production, or complex assembly environments.

- Compensation range: $95,000–$115,000.
