## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the evaluation system that feeds into a self-improving AI agent loop.
- Push and define the limits of AI capabilities in design.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop novel solutions that improve agent quality from the user perspective.
- Decide what to work on to improve the AI design agent.

## Requirements
- Use AI tools in daily workflows.
- Experience with AI models and/or building an AI agent.
- Experience building evaluation systems, post-training, or context engineering.
- Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to distill complex problems.
