## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Define the product strategy and roadmap for security and data capabilities that improve platform resilience, trust, and scalability.
- Build a deep understanding of customer, internal stakeholder, and business needs to identify high-impact opportunities across security, governance, access, and data usability.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, security, legal, and go-to-market teams to translate priorities into clear product requirements and successful launches.
- Drive complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, making thoughtful tradeoffs across customer value, technical constraints, operational readiness, and long-term platform health.
- Act as a subject matter leader for the product area by aligning stakeholders, informing decision-making, and measuring outcomes to continuously improve product performance.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical or platform-oriented products.
- Strong experience working on security, data, infrastructure, platform, privacy, governance, or other highly technical product domains.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritize effectively, and execute across multiple complex initiatives with cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use qualitative insights and quantitative data to make sound product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus across teams and organizational levels.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Base compensation range: **$150,000–$210,000 USD**.
- Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
- Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical and dental care, paid time off, sick time off, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) contribution, subject to eligibility requirements.
