## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside the team.
- Support ongoing training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute technical pre- and post-sales strategy.
- Build and implement programs that scale Solutions Consultants and increase customer impact.

## Requirements
- 3+ years as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers, with direct accountability for team performance, coaching, and feedback.
- 8+ years of relevant customer-facing or practitioner technical experience in similar roles.
- Ability to design and implement strategic programs that drive impact across teams while serving as a hands-on problem solver and effective coach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with practitioner and executive audiences.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partners, and Support.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with developer personas and developer tools, including light scripting, querying, or prototyping.
- Practical experience using or working with Figma.
- Experience leading teams across multiple time zones.
