## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle University Recruiters, setting a high bar for judgment, execution, and candidate and hiring-team partnership.
- Develop and deliver an early careers hiring strategy across business lines and role families, translating business needs into practical recruiting plans and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring teams to understand workforce needs, influence decisions, and meet hiring goals.
- Lead global internship and apprenticeship programs, including onboarding, intern experience, program operations, and employee-relations escalations.
- Build and improve the end-to-end candidate experience with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop university, event, employer-brand, and employee-referral strategies to strengthen the early careers talent pipeline.
- Use people analytics, recruiting data, and operational insights to identify patterns, measure performance, inform decisions, and improve recruiting systems.
- Raise the standard for University Recruiting through rigor, care, and strong strategic and operational judgment.

## Requirements

- Experience designing and delivering a university recruiting strategy or major early talent initiative at a high-growth or complex organization.
- Proven experience leading and developing University Recruiting professionals.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to earn trust with leaders and turn ideas into aligned action.
- High ownership, rigorous work ethic, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
- Care for the quality of strategy, programs, candidate experience, and operational details.
- Deep interest in people analytics, with experience using recruiting metrics, tools, and process data to improve decisions and outcomes.
- Experience partnering closely with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process as a trusted advisor.
