## Job Description

## What you'll do
- Own university recruiting end to end, including the intern program and intern-to-full-time pipeline.
- Build and run a repeatable recruiting program every year.
- Take over existing relationship with University of Waterloo and establish new university relationships.
- Organize, travel to, and maximize impact of campus recruiting events like Hack the North.
- Put Rundoo on the map on campus so the best student builders know and want to join, starting at Waterloo and expanding to new schools.
- Grow into full-cycle R&D hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles.
- Be a true partner to R&D leaders with sharp intake, quick feedback, and shared sense of the bar; work closely with CTO and Head of Data Science.
- Build genuine communities of talent on campus and beyond.

## Who you are
- 2+ years in university or campus recruiting, running intern programs, campus events, hackathons, or early-career pipelines.
- Excited to grow into full-cycle technical recruiting across Engineering, DS, and Product.
- Give candidates (especially students and early-career) a memorable experience.
- Organized enough to turn recruiting season into a repeatable, high-quality program.
- Take real ownership and enjoy figuring things out with minimal process.
- Happy to travel occasionally for campus events like Hack the North.

## Bonus points
- Partnered with engineering leaders or calibrated on technical talent.
- Experience with employer-brand, content, or social work.
- Already know people at target schools like Waterloo.
- Used Ashby or similar ATS.

## Compensation
**Salary:** $110K - $145K  
**Equity:** $21,068 - $25,639
