## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Understand relationships and desired outcomes from sales process, build launch plans, and help customers maximize 1Password products.
- Lead team strategy, execution standards, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment.
- Shape technical implementation and deployment scaling, ensure consistency and quality.
- Directly support complex implementations, guide team through technical challenges.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product leaders for cohesive technical guidance.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex customer and organizational challenges.
- Define and evolve engagement models, processes, and playbooks.
- Align resources, skills, and priorities to customer needs and business goals.

## Requirements
- **Experience**: 8+ years in post-sale SaaS roles (Implementation, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering); 4+ years people management, including managing managers/multiple technical functions.
- Proven leadership of IC technical teams and specialized roles (e.g., Professional Services, TAMs).
- Track record supporting customers in complex, security-focused environments.
- Experience implementing repeatable service delivery models and improving full customer lifecycle.
- Strong familiarity with security, identity, or IT administration domains.
- Demonstrated ability to build/scale high-performing technical onboarding teams, lead organizational change.
- Strong technical foundation: SSO, SCIM, directory services (AD, Okta, Azure AD), APIs, CLI tools, SaaS architectures.
- Data-informed decision making, troubleshooting integrations/APIs/automation.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, stakeholder alignment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with 1Password or another password manager.
