## Requirements
- Professional experience owning end-to-end feature development on customer-facing products
- At least 4 years of professional full-time software development, including 2+ years at one company
- Comfort working in TypeScript across the stack (or ability to pick it up quickly)
- Appreciation for hard problems (handling tens of thousands of phone calls and emails per day)
- Empathy for users and colleagues
