## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Startup GTM and Developer Enablement
- Develop and execute the startup go-to-market strategy for France and Southern Europe.
- Identify and prioritize AI-native startups and build tiered engagement programs.
- Expand the startup motion into Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
- Build partnerships with French and Southern European venture capital funds, accelerators, and entrepreneurial communities.
- Design and launch portfolio engagement programs, startup offerings, credit programs, and growth initiatives.
- Own partner relationships end-to-end, including partnership terms and executive stakeholder management.
- Build dashboards and analytics infrastructure to measure program performance and return on investment.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Corporate Development, Solutions, Events, and Marketing.

### Ecosystem Events and Community
- Design and execute builder summits, founder salons, hackathons, demo days, meetups, and technical workshops in Paris and Southern Europe.
- Represent Anthropic at French and European AI events.
- Partner with accelerators and incubators, including Station F.
- Build local developer communities around Claude and create content in French and English.

### Partner Operations and Program Management
- Develop stakeholder maps and executive communication strategies for VC firms and ecosystem partners.
- Establish partner processes, including deal registration, reporting, and funding programs.
- Gather product feedback from the French and Southern European startup community.
- Manage strategic execution, milestones, and accountability with VCs and ecosystem partners.

### Enablement and Content
- Create technical enablement content, documentation, and training for startups building with Claude.
- Develop localized materials for the French market.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on activation strategies and account prioritization.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, founder or operator roles, growth, or technical go-to-market roles.
- Native French proficiency and fluent English.
- Experience building dashboards and analytics programs.
- Hands-on experience building with Claude and Claude Code.
- Deep understanding of the French and European startup ecosystem and AI/ML technology landscape.
- Relationships with French or European venture capital firms, experience at a VC firm, or experience partnering with accelerators.
- Experience building programs from 0 to 1 and scaling them based on data.
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: 160000–220000.
