## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies that inspire clients and Influenster Community Members.
- Proactively engage with Sales and Client Success.
- Confidently sell service offerings to clients.
- Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting and walking through service offerings.
- Manage and properly set expectations with internal and client stakeholders.
- Advocate on behalf of the client and team.
- Manage and drive a portfolio of campaigns from initiation to close.
- Define and maintain timelines identifying milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and execute strategies for sold-in client campaigns.
- Track and execute campaign performance against predetermined KPIs, including member social posts, post quality, impressions, and engagement rates.
- Identify opportunities to improve client service and drive a positive client experience.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing account management experience.
- Track record of working with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong client focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion, energy, and a collaborative work ethic.
- Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently.
- Full authorization to work in the USA.
- Knowledge of current trends in beauty, lifestyle, pop culture, social media, product reviews, and influencer marketing.
- Strong time-management, multitasking, presentation, organizational, and execution skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt professionally, and confidently upsell clients.
