## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end provider workflows across core clinical surfaces, including scheduling, management, permissioning, patient chart, clinical co-pilot, and more
- Conduct discovery with provider and clinical operations teams to deeply understand how care is delivered today and where friction lives
- Translate complex clinical workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces that reduce cognitive load for providers
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are built with high fidelity and speed
- Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage UX improvements to provider efficiency and satisfaction

## Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and B2B or enterprise UX
- Proven ability to lead design end-to-end — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity delivery
- Experience designing for dense, data-rich interfaces where clarity and efficiency are critical
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with product, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience designing clinical or healthcare tools, EMR/EHR interfaces, or other regulated industry software
- Familiarity with telehealth or virtual-first care models
- Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

## Compensation
- $120-$150 per hour
