## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Own the RWE/HEOR segment strategy with a P&L mindset, identifying investments that drive growth, retention, and account penetration.
- Conduct ongoing product reviews covering product performance, competitive dynamics, and portfolio gaps.
- Engage customers, partners, and industry forums to understand market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Prototype product concepts using AI and low-code approaches; create PRDs and partner with Product Management and Engineering to iterate and ship.
- Lead market entry for new RWE/HEOR products, including developing value propositions, supporting early customer pitches and implementations, and feeding insights to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Bring product vision and RWE/HEOR expertise to high-value deals.
- Represent the company as an RWE/HEOR subject matter expert at conferences and events.

## Requirements

- 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in RWE/HEOR, including experience leading teams in life sciences organizations, running studies as a consultant, or leading a segment within a healthcare data or analytics company.
- Expert understanding of RWE/HEOR use cases, buyer and user personas, competitive dynamics, and market direction.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including analysis of revenue, pipeline, product usage, win/loss data, market trends, competitor activity, and investor reports.
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Track record of cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Experience using AI coding or coworking tools to build software, prototypes, workflows, or agents.

## Nice to Have

- Prior product management experience or a hands-on track record of shipping products.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Annual base salary range: **$213,000–$288,000 USD** within the United States.
- Performance-based bonuses and equity awards may be available.
