## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional engineering projects for the government product line.
- Design systems, patterns, and architecture that adapt the compliance platform for federal agencies, government vendors, and State, Local, and Education organizations.
- Design and build new compliance workflow capabilities in collaboration with early design partners.
- Partner with engineering teams on shared infrastructure and tagging systems supporting government-specific compliance workflows.
- Translate ambiguous early-stage requirements into durable, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the engineering culture as the organization grows.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong systems thinking and platform architecture skills, including designing for reuse, scalability, and maintainability.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare.
- Ability to work effectively in early-stage, 0-to-1 environments with evolving requirements.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical rigor, delivery velocity, and deadlines.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

## Nice-to-haves
- FedRAMP or government domain experience.
- Curiosity and sound judgment in using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $224,000–$263,000, plus equity.
